Removed Predis\Client::registerCommand and Predis\Client::registerCommands as they are rarely used. The methods of the same name available in RedisServerProfile (and its derivates) serve the same purpose, use them from now on.

Updated the README with the new parameters for Predis\Client. The old signature Predis\Client(, ) is now completely deprecated and it does not work anymore.

6df1d02e4c
Initial support for optional parameters when creating a Client instance. Optional authorization and database selection are now performed automatically upon connection.
